Alter Hub provides professional garment alteration services. We reserve the right to refuse service for any garment that we deem unfit for alteration due to hygiene, safety, or structural integrity concerns.
All prices are subject to change and may be updated without prior notice. Payment must be made in full before or at the time of delivery as specified in your order confirmation.
While we take the utmost care with your garments, Alter Hub is not responsible for inherent defects, poor quality of original fabric, or wear and tear that may become apparent during or after the alteration process.
In the rare event of loss or damage while a garment is in our care, we will review the matter and work towards a fair resolution. Any claims relating to loss or damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Resolution, if any, will be determined by Alter Hub after reviewing the circumstances and supporting information.
